Prices:

1-on-1 Personal Training – prices are listed as a single session fee

$65 per 60 Minutes
$40 per 30 Minutes
*$50 per 60 Minutes (for new clients only, on a 3 month contract 2x per week.)

*All clients must take a minimum of 3 private sessions before joining a small group. This will teach warmups, mobility exercises, corrective exercise program, cool downs, and nutrition.

60 Minute Small Group – prices are listed as a monthly fee.

3 x per week – $199.00*
Drop-in – $30.00 (single class no contract)

All new clients must take a minimum of 3 private training sessions at the new member discount rate before joining small group classes.
6 Month Contract receive a 10% discount.
12 Month Contract receive 20% discount.
Classes are limited to 8 people per class to monitor proper form and keep personal attention at its best in a group setting. I design each class with each individual in mind and make my modifications according to each individuals goals and needs.

6 Week Golf Program – Designed to Prevent Injuries, Improve Range of Motion, Improve Power, and Lower your Handicap!

Includes: 2 Golf Fitness Assessments: One at the beginning of your 6-week program, then one at the end of your program to assess your progress. An individually designed, 6-week program, with pictures and descriptions of the exercises specific to improving your imbalances. This program’s intended to be done 2-3 times per week, on your own for the improvement of your game. 4 One-on-One Personal Training Sessions to be used once weekly for a 4 week period. Muscle Imbalnce Test/Corrective Exercise Programs: $65.00

Ever wonder what imbalances you have in your body? They could be keeping you from having your best golf swing, or feeling good on your run, preforming your best in the weight room, even just your every day activity is affected by your imbalances in your body.

I perform a series of test looking for muscular imbalances in your body. Based on what I see, I will write an uniquely designed corrective exercise program strictly for you to correct the imbalances in your body to help, your preformance, help you feel better, and to help you prevent injuries.

Once we have completed the muscle imbalance test and you have received your corrective exercise program you can either do the program yourself, continue to train with me, or take any of my rehabilitation classes to focus on correcting your muscle imbalances.
